If they tell you where you can live, they can tell how you can worship

Or, more to the point, just forbid it entirely.
According to yesterday's Dallas News, the Dallas (TX) Housing Authority has ordered a halt to Sunday morning worship services in one of the public housing complexes it administers.
This is particularly interesting to me, as I conduct a weekly Bible study at a privately run veteran's center. The center has connections to the VA and HUD, both of which fund (through grants and housing payments) the residents of the center. The idea that a government official decided to rescind multiple 1st amendment rights (freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly) because "worship services amount to agency endorsement of religion" is frightening.
